Compressed Air Dryers remove water vapour from compressed air to prevent corrosion in pipelines, malfunctions in pneumatic instruments, freeze damage in cold environments and contamination in process air applications. Moisture in compressed air is the leading cause of compressed air system failures and product quality issues.
We supply refrigerated air dryers (pressure dew point +3°C, suitable for general factory compressed air) and desiccant air dryers — heatless, heat-reactivated (HOC) and blower purge types — for dew points down to −70°C required by instrument air, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and electronics manufacturing.
R-410A refrigerant. +3°C pressure dew point. Heat exchanger + cyclonic separator + auto drain. Energy efficient inverter-drive models available.
5–1000 Nm³/hTwin-tower silica gel or activated alumina. −40°C to −70°C dew point. 15% purge air. Low installation cost. For small flows and critical dew points.
5–200 Nm³/hHeat of compression reactivated dryer. Uses hot air from compressor discharge to regenerate desiccant. Zero purge air loss. High energy efficiency for oil-injected compressors.
100–2000 Nm³/hExternal blower provides heated purge air for desiccant regeneration. <1% purge air loss. −40°C dew point. For large critical instrument air systems.
200–5000 Nm³/h1µm + 0.01µm oil coalescing filters mandatory before desiccant dryer. Prevents oil contamination of desiccant bed. ISO 8573-1 Class 1 oil content.
With all desiccantOnline hygroscopic polymer or chilled mirror dew point sensor. SCADA integration. Auto alarm on moisture breakthrough. Required for critical processes.
