Industrial Humidifiers add moisture to air in controlled environments where low humidity causes static electricity, material shrinkage, product quality defects or health issues. Textile mills require 60–80% RH to prevent yarn breakage; pharmaceutical cleanrooms need precise 45–65% RH; printing presses need 50–60% RH to prevent paper curl and static.
We supply three types: Steam humidifiers (electrode or resistive, hygienic, no scale carry-over) for critical applications; ultrasonic humidifiers (piezoelectric, fine mist, energy-efficient, ambient temperature) for cleanrooms; and evaporative/adiabatic humidifiers (evaporative pads or centrifugal atomisers) for large industrial spaces. All with digital humidity controller, humidistat and zone control.
Electrode boiler generates clean steam directly from tap water in stainless steel cylinder. Auto descaling. ISO Class 1 hygiene. ±2% RH control.

50–5000 kg/hHigh-speed centrifugal disc creates fine water mist (20–50µm). For very large spaces, outdoor cooling. Low-pressure water supply (2 bar).
100–10000 kg/hPID digital humidity controller with capacitive RH sensor. ±2% accuracy. Multi-zone control. BMS/SCADA integration via Modbus.
