A Demineralisation (DM) Plant uses strong acid cation (SAC) and strong base anion (SBA) ion-exchange resins in two-bed (degasser) or mixed-bed configuration to remove all dissolved salts from water. The product water has conductivity below 1 µS/cm (two-bed) or 0.1 µS/cm (mixed bed) — essential for boilers, power generation, API manufacturing and analytical laboratories.
We supply manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic DM plants with HCl/H₂SO₄ acid and NaOH caustic regeneration systems, degasser towers for CO₂ removal, storage tanks and distribution. All resin grades are NSF/FDA approved as required by the application. Complete installation, commissioning and operator training provided.
SAC + degasser + SBA configuration. Conductivity <10 µS/cm. Auto regeneration with HCl and NaOH. Ideal for boiler feed <25 kg/cm² pressure.
100 LPH – 5 MLDSAC + SBA resins in single vessel. Conductivity <0.1 µS/cm. Required for high-pressure boilers, pharma WFI, electronics ultra-pure water.
50 LPH – 500 KLDPLC-controlled automatic sequence. Regeneration based on conductivity endpoint. Minimises downtime, chemical consumption.
All DM PlantsForced draft degasser removes CO₂ after cation exchange. Reduces anion resin load by 60–80%. Essential in two-bed DM.
Two-bed systemsPolishing mixed bed for final conductivity trim. Used downstream of RO or two-bed DM. Regenerated externally.
Polishing applicationsContinuous conductivity, pH, silica (optional) monitoring. Auto divert on quality breach. 4-20mA output to SCADA.
