PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) generates high-purity nitrogen or oxygen directly from compressed air using adsorbent material — Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) for nitrogen and Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) for oxygen. Twin-tower PSA cycles alternately adsorb and regenerate, producing continuous gas flow without interruption.
PSA plants eliminate the cost, logistics and safety hazards of nitrogen/oxygen cylinders or liquid nitrogen dewars. Payback is typically 12–24 months. We supply packaged PSA skids with air pre-treatment (filter, dryer, activated carbon), CMS/ZMS adsorber vessels, product buffer tank, oxygen analyser, flow meter and all controls. Remote monitoring available.
CMS-220 or CMS-240 adsorbent. Purity 95–99.999% N₂ selectable. Twin-tower 6-step PSA cycle. Inlet compressed air 7–10 bar required.
